What to include

What do you need from me to quote?
Five things: the application, the cut level you must meet (and in which scale), the quantity, the delivery port, and any other hazard in the task such as chemicals or heat. The enquiry template above covers all of it.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Tell us the quantity you actually need and we will quote against it, including where the price steps down. Glove programmes are usually priced in tiers, so it helps to give both the first order and the annual volume.
Can you supply test reports and certification?
Ask for them explicitly and in writing. For EN 388 you want the test report to EN 388:2016+A1:2018 and the EU type-examination certificate; for the US market you want the ASTM F2992-15 results behind the A-level printed on the packaging. Anything you cannot attach to a tender, you do not have.
Can gloves be branded for our own label?
Say so in the enquiry. Private label affects artwork, packaging, minimum quantities and lead time, and it is much cheaper to raise at the quotation stage than after the specification is fixed.
